The Tauranga Girls College Block J is a 4000m2 three storey building located in the midst of the college. B3 Buildings completed a full new fit out of the building after C3 Construction had completed an upgrade of the NBR rating, and rectification of the water ingress issues by replacing the cladding and roof.
