Pacific Lakes Pavilion Interior Fit Out

B3 Interiors delivered the full interior fit-out of the Pavilion at Pacific Lakes Village, transforming C3 Construction’s mass-timber shell into a warm, refined and highly functional community space.

Working within the building’s exposed glulam and CLT structure, the fit-out required a carefully coordinated approach to ensure every interior element complemented the architecture while meeting the durability and performance demands of a busy retirement village environment.

Our scope included extensive bespoke joinery, feature timber linings, banquette seating, bar and kitchen fit-outs, decorative screens, ceiling treatments, and the integration of lighting, services and finishes throughout the main gathering spaces. A standout feature is the large central fireplace, where precision detailing and material alignment were critical to achieving the clean, monolithic aesthetic.

The interiors palette centres on rich timber tones, textured wall linings, stone and metal finishes, and layered lighting. Every detail was designed to create warmth, comfort and longevity while maintaining the premium feel expected of the village’s central hub.

The result is a cohesive, high-end interior that balances craftsmanship, durability and atmosphere — a space designed to be enjoyed by residents and visitors every day.
