All Blacks Sevens Changing Rooms

B3 is proud to have delivered the new locker room fit-out for the All Blacks Sevens Men’s and Women’s teams in Mount Maunganui.

The brief was clear. Take small, underutilised spaces and turn them into high-performance environments that reflect the legacy and standards of one of New Zealand’s most iconic sporting programmes.

We designed and built custom locker systems that maximise every bit of space while giving each athlete their own dedicated zone. Durable finishes, integrated media and thoughtful detailing have transformed these rooms into spaces for preparation, focus and team connection.

A new kitchenette and upgraded amenities were also included to better support the day-to-day needs of elite athletes.

For both squads, who previously had limited dedicated facilities, the change has been huge. We’re proud to have delivered spaces that match the calibre of the teams who use them.

High performance teams deserve high-performance spaces.
