Ryan is studying a Bachelor of Construction Management in Quantity Surveying at Otago Polytechnic. Since starting with B3 as a Site Manager he has run a range of projects, including small and large office fitouts, for a range of clients including the MOE, commercial developers and in the aged care sector. He enjoys overseeing projects from start to finish, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team on site while maintaining close coordination, strict deadline compliance, and the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Dedicated to developing strong relationships with project teams and subcontractors, he uses clear communication and proactive management to drive all aspects of each project, ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget.
