Tim Cockerill

Tim has 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, from tendering through to managing projects during the construction phase. Initially starting in a commercial construction background, he moved to interiors/fitouts for approximately 5 years with projects ranging in value from small to large including many high-end office fitouts. Having worked on both estimating tenders and now cost management during a project, he enjoys seeing a job develop from inception to completion and managing the budget along the way.
